This course is designed, written and delivered by a team of specialist consultant MSK radiologists and consultant sports medicine physicians to teach the skills and techniques used for ultrasound guided injections and put them into practice in the most similar way to real life using cadaveric tissue. This course is designed for anyone looking to begin their ultrasound guided injection procedures and also for those wanting to refine their skills and expand their repertoire of injections. Utilising the cadavers allows our attendees to study real anatomy and gain a range of experience on different bodies and the anatomical structures. Attendees will gain lots of practice of injection technique and scanning. Our tutors will cover a range of basic and more advanced procedures, including barbotage and hydrodistension.

The course will be split over two days covering upper and lower limbs. The course is focussed highly on the practical experience, however attendees will also have access to pre and post course online material to support them in their journey to becoming exceptional clinicians. The high tutor to attendee ratio allows for regular feedback, space to ask questions of and support in your learning. Following this course our attendees will be able to start carrying out ultrasound guided injections or utilise the more advanced techniques into their repertoire. Attendees must attend both days of the course.
