Entry requirements:
There are no specific MSK Ultrasound requirements to partake in this course, however a strong knowledge and background of MSK physiology and anatomy are expected.

The MSK Ultrasound foundation is designed, written and delivered by a team of specialist consultant MSK radiologists and consultant sports medicine physicians. It is aimed and designed for health practitioners with currently no or limited knowledge or experience in MSK Ultrasound. It is delivered at a foundation level to introduce an overview of all areas of MSK ultrasound, so is the best way to start your MSK Ultrasound journey with us here at the YSM Academy. Attendees will have access to the newest technology in Ultrasound, with a guarantee of a maximum of 3 students to a machine.

There is no formal summative assessment, however there will be continuous formative feedback throughout the course so that students are observed and given advice to help improve and refine their skills.
